If you check the read noise diagrams on Bill Claff's page, you will see that 6D2's read noise is about 30% higher than 6D's read noise, at ALL ISO. 6D2's QE is also higher than 6D's, but only by about 15%, not enough to offset the disadvantage in read noise.
