Open the passenger door, and look at the side of the dash board. There should be a triangular panel. Pull the panel off to reveal a small set of fuses (see the back of the panel for the fuse map). To power down the central locking you need to remove the Dome Light fuse, this is located top left.
LEDs are generally brighter, longer lasting and don't produce a sickly yellow light. I've upgraded all of my torches to LEDs, but my DS4 came with an incandescent torch. Something must be done!
