I would imagine the 5S at roughly 3.5 Ah would be completely fine. It's basically similar to stock except 120 CCA / 3.5 Ah stock vs the 219 CCA / 3.5 Ah on the 5S. my bike came with a lead acid that was either 4 or 5 amp hour, the lithium is slightly stronger with cca's, and reliability wise has been very good.
